So I took the public bus yesterday and I must say I don't think I'll ever attempt it EVER again. It's a rather time consuming and tedious process after all. Honestly, I think I would have been more productive had I stayed at the library.
However, that isn't to say I regret this endeavour. It wasn't pleasant, but I think it was indeed necessary to prove myself wrong and refute the need to complain every time I wait for the private bus to arrive in the comfortable premises of my campus. Also, I got to catch up with a good friend of mine from Subang and bumped into my ex-classmate from high school who also happens to be doing ADP at the moment, although he's majoring in anthropology and pursuing it at INTI. Our conversations were pretty fruitful and I'm quite thrilled that there's someone else other than me from BU3 who's pursuing ADP as well and loving it. I AM NOT ALONE.
Anyhow, I didn't think it was worth it going to Subang college and enduring three bus interchanges in the course of two hours just to get home. While it was definitely a cheaper alternative since I only had to pay a total of RM5 for my bus fare, I certainly cherish time more. But I'm certainly glad I got to catch up with my high school friends, despite how brief it was :)
So that's my little "nugget" of the day (yesterday, actually but meh). In my future posts, do anticipate to see more of such daily nuggets comprising of my thoughts and daily undertakings as I find this a very effective way of self-expression under my current circumstances. C'est la vie.
And I'm out.

February
I'm really sorry for the lack of updates, but university life has been really busy and I'm not pernickety enough to go through every single detail regarding everything that's been going on lately. Anyhow, I'll just briefly summarize my month in a few sentences.
I've made new friends and most of them are pretty awesome individuals.
I've been doing very well for the first part of my semester, acing most of my quizzes and assignments. I don't think I've ever been better, I kid you not!
I've been active outside of my academic sphere in ECAs although I won't say I'm excellent at it.
I've been able to overcome the initial fear of being socially in adept in university.
I've been able to resist negative comments made by others with God's everlasting grace.
I was able to catch up with the high school bunch during Chinese New Year and I can honestly say, I really miss them and love them to bits!
I finally had a chance to practice photography during Chinese New Year and even on campus.
I discovered my ultimate vice and am now on a mission to rid myself of this untimely characteristic. With divine and familial assistance, of course.
My mental paradigm is beginning to shift into rather complex territories, but I can see that it is for the better. Critical thinking for the win!
So that's what life has been for me in the month of February. I do hope to expand on happenings in my life in the months to come, but I suspect I might just go on hiatus again since there is just so much to do in such limited time.
However, before I go, allow me to extend a hand of gratitude to all you readers who have been keeping up with me even more devotedly than you do the Kardashians. My thanks goes out to all of you, all you non-existent and invisible readers.
Thank you :)
